Return & Refund Policy

At xiaohenbushilaowang Holdings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed for shipment. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon delivery following our standard return procedure.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Any applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with local regulations. Please allow additional time for international transactions to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the transaction hasn't been processed. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've confirmed that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact your bank or credit card company as there may be a processing delay on their end. If you've taken these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and proof of return shipment for further investigation.
